These Terms of Service govern purchases from Modern Field Goods and use of modernfieldgoods.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter a purchase agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products, prices, availability, descriptions, and promotions may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, or request additional verification when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

Payment is due at checkout through the methods offered by Shopify. Taxes and shipping charges are shown before purchase when applicable. Orders may be fulfilled by authorized supplier partners. Separate shipments and carrier tracking may apply.

Product images and colors may vary by device or production batch. Dimensions and specifications should be reviewed before purchase. Do not use a product in a manner inconsistent with its instructions, warnings, or intended purpose.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms. Manufacturer warranties, when offered, are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

The website and its original content, branding, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and may not interfere with its operation, security, or other users.

To the extent permitted by law, Modern Field Goods is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use or purchased products. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas and applicable United States law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.
