Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, delivery address, fulfillment partner, and available carrier services. The shipping charge shown at checkout controls for that order. Free shipping applies only when it is expressly shown as an available rate at checkout.
Orders are generally sent to fulfillment after payment and fraud review. Supplier handling time, carrier capacity, destination, weather, holidays, and other conditions can affect delivery timing. We do not promise or guarantee a transit or delivery date unless a written guarantee is expressly shown at checkout.
Tracking information is provided when available after the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can assist with an investigation.
